We are getting into the meat of our Presidential Physical Fitness Testing.  Most classes have done the 1/3 mile lap, curl ups, and sit and reach.  We are starting the shuttle run, the upper body tests, and completing the mile.  The students get really nervous about the mile, but once completed, I believe they have a sense of accomplishment.  *Remember it is not always about the time, but doing your best.*

I am so excited for the new school year and I am sure everyone is as excited to be back at BCS.
